TL;DR: Their food is just mediocre, their customer service is terrible.

My family and I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the past few months (my kitchen is being renovated right now). Yesterday, for my husband's birthday we ordered from here. I placed the order online and ordered myself a sandwich that was clearly described on the website. When the order arrived, I got a totally different sandwich. I called and explained this and the guy told me "to be honest, I don't even look at the website." So, they are ok with taking people's money from the website, but don't take any responsibility for it's accuracy? He told me he could send me the sandwich I wanted (ordered), but he didn't want to "take a loss" (i.e. I would have to pay for a new sandwich). Well, he's taking a loss anyway, my family and I will not be ordering from here again. There are plenty of other pizzerias in Ossining.
