Val & Jason have been simply fantastic from my first phone call of interest, through to lease acquisition and beyond.

Very accommodating to a few special requests and even helping to get a few early deliveries into my unit in my absence and even helping me carry a few heavy/bulky items up the stairs.

Had a few small service requests that have been addressed in the most timely and complete fashion.

I’ve come to Avalon in a very stressful personal situation and appreciate how Jason & Val have welcomed me and made me feel at home.
